Custom Smart Programs

A training program written individually for your body, your history, and your goals. Not a template adjusted at the margins.

It begins with a private call. We go through your goals, your training history, previous injuries and surgeries, what currently limits you, and what you want to be able to do. Then I assess how your body moves.

From that, I determine what your program needs to address, in what order, and how long it should run. Some need eight weeks. Some need six months. That is decided after I have seen you.

I take five new clients a month. I write every program myself, which is why places are offered by application.

This is for you if
  • You have tried general programs and they did not fit your body
  • You are working around an injury, surgery, or lasting limitation
  • You have a specific goal and a deadline
  • You want accountability, not an app
  • You want a program that changes as you change
This is not for you if
  • You have an acute injury requiring immediate medical attention
  • You are looking to replace in-person physical therapy - this is a complement, not a substitute ```

What You'll Achieve

The outcomes.
A program written for your body, not adapted to it
Every exercise and progression chosen after seeing how you actually move.
length that matches the problem
Your program runs as long as it needs to, decided on your call rather than set in advance.
Your history built into the plan
Old injuries, surgeries, and areas you have learned to avoid are worked around and worked on, deliberately.
Video for every exercise
Each exercise comes with a filmed demonstration, so you never have to guess what a movement should look like.
Progression you can see
The program moves in phases. You will know what you are building toward and why each week differs from the last.
Adjustments and direct access
Plans written months ahead stop fitting by week four. Yours is reviewed as your body responds, and your questions come straight to me.

How it works

The program.
Your Application
You tell me what you are working toward, what you have tried, and anything about your body I should know. I read every application personally and reply within two business days.
Your Initial Call
This is where your program is decided.
We go through your goals, training history, previous injuries and surgeries, what currently limits you, and the schedule you can realistically train on.
Then I guide you through movement testing while observing your mobility, stability, symmetry, and movement patterns in real time.
By the end of the call, I will tell you what needs to be addressed, in what order, and how long your program should run.
I Write Your Program
This takes about a week. I build it in phases, choose every exercise deliberately, and set the sets, repetitions, and loads for your current ability.
Each exercise is matched to a filmed demonstration.
You Train
Your program appears in your private client area. Week by week, day by day, with video for every exercise and my notes on what to focus on.
You train on your own schedule, at home or at the gym.

We Adjust
Programs are hypotheses until a body tests them. You tell me what felt easy, what felt wrong, and what changed, and I adjust the plan accordingly.
That is the part a purchased program cannot do.

What you’ll need

Equipment.

  • Stable internet connection
  • Enough space to move and to be seen head to toe
  • Comfortable fitted workout clothing
  • Bare feet or training shoes depending on the movement

A Note from Svetlana

Five Programs a Month. Not Fifty. I could sell an individual program to anyone who wants one. I would rather it stay worth what it costs. Every program I write, I write myself. I watch how you move and make choices about sequence and progression that only make sense once I have seen you. I also decide how long it should be. Not because a package says twelve weeks, but because that is what your body needs. That takes time, and there is a limit to how much of it I have. So the number stays at five.

The Method

A Program Is a Sequence, Not a List

Most training plans are a collection of exercises. What matters more is the order they come in.
Strength built on top of a restriction reinforces the restriction. Mobility work without the stability to hold the new range gives it straight back. Loading a compensation pattern makes the compensation stronger.
The sequence is the part that requires judgment. Which limitation to address first, when the body is ready for load, what to leave alone until something else improves.
That judgment also determines length. A single restriction in a capable body is a short program. A body rebuilding after surgery is not.
This is why the same goal in two different bodies produces two different plans.

Questions

Before you begin.
No. This is a movement and fitness service, not a medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or medical care.
Because I write every program personally. Five is the number I can do properly alongside my in-person practice. When the month is full, applications go on the list for the following month.
Length is decided on your call, once I have seen how you move. Some programs are eight weeks, some run considerably longer. You receive it about a week after the call.
No. The program is built around your current ability. You do not need to be flexible, strong, or experienced with exercise.
That is often exactly why people come to me. If you have an acute injury, severe symptoms, recent surgery, or a medical condition that may affect exercise, you should first receive appropriate medical clearance.
Its cost is credited toward your program. You will not pay for the assessment twice.
We review what changed. Some clients continue with a second program, some move to one of the online programs, some are ready to train independently. There is no obligation to continue.
