Consultation

Online Movement Assessment & Action Plan

A private 1-on-1 video consultation designed to understand your goals, evaluate how your body moves, and determine the best next step for you.

During our session, we’ll talk about your goals, training history, current concerns, previous injuries or physical limitations that may be relevant to your movement.

Then I’ll guide you through a series of simple movement tests while observing your mobility, stability, symmetry, coordination, and movement patterns in real time.

Based on what I see, I’ll explain the key areas that may be limiting your movement and give you personalized recommendations and a clear action plan moving forward.

How it works

The program.

We begin with a private conversation about your goals, lifestyle, training experience, current concerns, previous injuries, surgeries, physical limitations, and anything else that may affect the way you move.

This gives me the context I need before evaluating your movement.

I’ll guide you through a series of movements and simple functional tests while observing you through the camera.

I’ll look at areas such as:

  •  Mobility and range of motion
  • Left-to-right differences
  • Stability and control
  • Posture during movement
  • Compensation patterns
  • Coordination
  • Strength-related movement limitations
  • How different parts of your body work together

The assessment is adapted to your current ability and goals.

I won’t simply tell you that something is “tight” or “weak.”

I’ll explain how your movement patterns connect and which areas may need more mobility, stability, strength, control, or a different training strategy.

At the end of the session, you’ll receive clear recommendations based on your assessment.

These may include priorities for:

  • Mobility
  • Strength
  • Stability
  • Corrective exercise
  • Stretching
  • Training modifications
  • Exercise selection
  • Progression toward your specific goal

You’ll know what to focus on next and which type of training or program is most appropriate for your body and your goals.

There is no obligation to purchase another program after the consultation.

What you’ll need

Equipment.
  • A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera
  • Stable internet connection
  • Enough space for me to see your full body
  • Comfortable fitted workout clothing
  • Bare feet or training shoes depending on the test
  • An exercise mat if available
  • A chair or wall may be used for certain movements

Please position your camera so I can clearly see your entire body from head to toe.

If you have previous medical recommendations, relevant imaging reports, or information about an old injury that you believe is important, you may discuss it with me during the consultation.

A Note from Svetlana

I Don’t Start With Exercises. I Start With Your Body. Two people can have the same goal and need completely different training strategies. That’s why I don’t believe in guessing which exercises you need based only on where you feel discomfort or what you want to achieve. First, I want to understand how your body moves today. Your mobility, stability, strength, previous injuries, movement habits, and compensations all influence how your program should be built. This assessment gives us the information we need to make your next step more personalized, efficient, and purposeful.

The Method

Your Body Works as One System

The area where you feel discomfort is not always the area that needs the most attention.

A limitation in one part of the body can change how another part moves.

For example, limited ankle mobility can influence the knee.
Hip control can affect the lower back.
Shoulder movement may be influenced by the rib cage, spine, or posture.

That’s why I look beyond one isolated area.

My approach is to observe the body as a connected movement system and determine what needs to improve so your training can be built around your individual movement, not a generic list of exercises.

Questions

Before you begin.
No. This is a movement and fitness assessment, not a medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or medical care.
This assessment is appropriate for people who want to: * Understand how their body currently moves * Improve mobility or movement quality * Build strength more intelligently * Return to exercise after a period of inactivity * Understand recurring movement limitations * Choose the right training approach * Receive a professional second look before starting a program
If you have an acute injury, severe symptoms, recent surgery, or a medical condition that may affect exercise, you should first receive appropriate medical clearance.
No. The assessment is adjusted to your current ability. You do not need to be flexible, strong, or experienced with exercise.
The assessment is conducted privately by video call through Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meet.
At the end of the consultation, I’ll explain what I observed and recommend your best next step. Depending on your needs, that may be an individualized training program, mobility work, corrective exercise, strength training, online coaching, or another appropriate option.
The consultation includes your assessment, professional recommendations, and action plan. A complete individualized training program is a separate service unless specifically included in your booking.
