Before you begin.

Not in the traditional sense. It's a nervous system regulation program. Some sessions use breath-focused attention, but the goal is always functional — better sleep, better focus, better recovery.

Recommended for the audio sessions. The breathwork protocols are designed for immersive listening.

Yes. The Mindfulness program complements all three other courses. Many students run it alongside Surgery Rehabilitation or Fast Healing.

Most are 12–20 minutes. The integration sessions in Module 8 are shorter — 8–12 minutes — designed to become a daily habit.
