By accessing or purchasing any program on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase any programs.

2. Programs and Access

Upon successful payment, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased program(s). Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared.

One-time purchases grant lifetime access to the program as it exists at the time of purchase, including future updates to that program.

Monthly subscriptions grant access for the duration of the active subscription. Access terminates upon cancellation or failed payment.

3. Refund Policy

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: individual courses carry a 14-day refund window if less than 25% of the content has been accessed. The All-Access bundle carries a 30-day refund window with no form review submissions used.
