A Note from Svetlana
"I designed this program because I know what it feels like to lie on a table wondering if your body will ever be the same. It will — but only if you respect the sequence. Every phase in this program exists because skipping it costs you weeks, sometimes months. Trust the order."

Questions
Before you begin.
This course is calibrated for post-op recovery. For non-surgical chronic conditions, Fast Healing is the better starting point.
Wait. This program begins at the clearance point, not before.
The program addresses knee (ACL, meniscus, replacement), hip (labrum, replacement), shoulder (rotator cuff, labrum), and spinal procedures (discectomy, fusion). The principles apply broadly to other joint surgeries as well.
Minimal equipment — a resistance band, a foam roller, and a mat. Weeks 9–12 introduce optional light dumbbells.
